Spring was ordered to pay forthwith to l'\ Jamieson £l9 Bs, in default 14 days' imprisonment, the warrant to be suspended so long as debtor paid £l 10s per month. W. E. Barnett was ordered io pay to W. R. Kay £23 15s 6c(, in default 2i days' imprisonment. RESERVED JUDGMENT. His Worship delivered rosel-ved judgment Hi the defended civil action in which Cot let i and Soli; of l'alnterstdn North, engineers, proceeded against J. C. llewitsoii, of Tokomard; contractor, claiming £2B 4s 6d in respect to repair work done by plaintiff dii defendant's traction engine, if is Worship said that certain of plaintiff's charges had been excemnxe-, and he gave judgment for £ll 16s, with costs £4 lis. At the hearing Mr Cooper appeared for plaintiff and Mr Oram for defendant. A PAINTER'S CLAIM. Jack Creighton, of Pahnerston North, house decorator,, proceeded against R. S. Watson, of Palnicrston North, painter, claiming £27 9s 9d, for paints, etc., allegedly sold and delivered by plaintiff to defendant. Mr Onglev afJpeared for plaintiff and Mr Cooper for tile defendant. After hearing evidence His Worship gave judgment for plaintiff for £22 18s 6d, with costs £4 12s,
