C. llewitsoii, of Tokomard; contractor, claiming £2B 4s 6d in respect to repair work done by plaintiff dii defendant's traction engine, if is Worship said that certain of plaintiff's charges had been excemnxe-, and he gave judgment for £ll 16s, with costs £4 lis. At the hearing Mr Cooper appeared for plaintiff and Mr Oram for defendant. A PAINTER'S CLAIM. Jack Creighton, of Pahnerston North, house decorator,, proceeded against R. S. Watson, of Palnicrston North, painter, claiming £27 9s 9d, for paints, etc., allegedly sold and delivered by plaintiff to defendant. Mr Onglev afJpeared for plaintiff and Mr Cooper for tile defendant. After hearing evidence His Worship gave judgment for plaintiff for £22 18s 6d, with costs £4 12s,
