MEAT CHILLING PROCESS.
FAVOURABLE COMMENT. Received January 30, 10.55 a.m. SYDNEY, Jan. 30. Mr J. B. Cramsie, chairman of the Australian Meat Council, commenting favourably on the Linley meat chilling process, said that he had inspected a shipment of beef in New Zealand. It looked fresh, the colour and appearance being excellent, and if landed as loaded lie predicted that the meat would realise top prices in London.—Press Association.
