ITALY AND JUGO-SLAVIA.
TREATY OF FRIENDSHIP. Received January 30, 10.30 a.m. ROME, Jan. 29. According to the newspapers the Italo-Jugo-Slav treaty of triendslijp stipulates for reciprocal neutrality in tho case of war, and also at Jugo-Sla-via’s request it provides for co-opera-tion in economic and military defence, thereby giving a special character to the Italo-Jugo-Slav relations in all political problems of Central Europe and the Balkans.—Reuter.
