NATIONAL BANK SHARES
LONDON, May 17. The National Bank of New Zealand is issuing the first 100,000 of its now shares at £7 10s each, of which £2 10s is called up. The price of the issue is 90, and it is offered shareholders in the proportion of one new share to every four held. The premium on the shares will be carried to the reserve fund.—A. and N.Z cable.
