HOCKEY.
OLD BOYS' CLUB. ~
The annual m'eeting of-the High School Old Boys' Hockey-Club' was held yesterday evening, Mr J. E. Barnard presiding over a good" attendance. The balance-sheet, as read, showed that the receipts during the year amounted to £6 7s' 6d and the expenses to £4 13s Cd. leaving- a credit balance of £1 14s. Votes of thanks were passed to Messrs P. D. Hardie, E. H. Crabb and W. P. Durward for the interest - they had taken in the club last season. A further vote of thanks was passed to the secretary and treasurer.- Mr T. Graham. The following office bearers were elected:—Patron, Mr J. Murray; president, 'Mr AV. Ilutheriurd; vice-presi-dents, Messrs R. D. .Hardie, E. H. Crabb and W. P. Durward; club captain. Mr J. E. Barnard; secretary, Mr T. Graham; delegates, to Association, Messrs Graham and J. E. Barnard; committee, the club captain, field captain ami'secretary, .and Messrs P. J. Clere", V. Tucker'and J. H. Barnard. The field captain and vice-captain will he elected later. . ' The subscription for the season was fixed at ,7s 6d.. .'
