It is understood thatonc of the first features of the- trans-Pacifio organisation will bo tho establishment of s, system of American .warehouses for the salo .ot machinery in China, Japan,'Australasia a,nd India. An effort will also be made to supplant British firms in the cotton cloth trade. —A. and N.Z. cable. ■
