MASTERTON SHOW.

Local prize winners at the Masterton show were;—Mr Janies Knight, Feilcling, champion and reserve champion Southdown ram and ewe and the whole of the Southdown classes; Mr 11. M Essex, Levin, second prize milking Shorthorn hull.

Local judges who officiated wore;— Mr D. Buchanan, Palmerston North (Ayrshires); Mr G. Sievers, Levin (Friosiaus and dairy cattle); Mr R. Tanner, Longhurn (Romney Marsh); Mr E. P. Swainson, Feilcling (fat sheep); Mr J. R. Curio, Palmerston North (produce). In the section for vegetables Mr T. Webb, of Long Mellon! road, Awapnni, obtained live first prizes, four second prizes, and two third prizes, besides being equal with another competitor for collection of vegetables and winning the points prize.
