THE CLICHE CEP.

The third event —the 100 yards handicap —for the (Jlere Swimming Cup, was contested at the Municipal Laths last evening. Slipper, with 7 points, is still leading in the contest for the cup, and Sollitt, with 5 points, is a close second. The race last night was won fairly comfortably by SolJitt (scr.) in 72 seconds, CocLroit (Isec.) being second, Slipper (6acc.), who has now two lirsls and a third to his credit, coming third. The remaining races are the 133 1 3 yards, and the 106 2 3 yards.
