TARANAKI TROTTING CLUB,

The attention of followers of the light harness sport is drawn to the programme) of the Taranaki Trotting Club’s meeting, to be held on the New’ Plymouth racecourse. on. Saturday, February 7. There are six events to be decided, including a Maiden Trot of 25 sovs and trophy donated by Mr W. C. Weston; Waitara Handicap of 35 sovs, while the Trotting Cup is worth 100 sovs and Inglewood Handicap of 40 sovs. Nominations for all events close at the/ secretary’s office, Devon street, New Plymouth, 'on Thursday, 15th January, at 9 p.m. Handicaps will be declared on or about Wednesday, January 21.
