LONDON, Deo. 18 The Prince of Wales had an enthusiastic reception in the streets between York House and the Guildhall, where he received the city's address and welcome. Replying, the Prinoe said: "My first desire after the war was to visit the great Dominions which had played so important <a part in the war. I will never forget the whole-hearted welcome with which I was greeted in Newfoundland, Canada and the United Stateß."
