PEKING, Deo. 19, A message from Saigon states -that ; the British st amor Leinshing, from Hongkong to Saigon, is ashore on one of the Paraccl Islands in the China Sea. Five hundred, mostly natives, were drowned. Received December 22. 9,45 a.m. LONDON, Dec. 19; Lloyds announces that the Licnshing was bound from Hongkong to Saigon. Four hundred and ninety-seven Native passengers wore drowned.
