He attempted to destroy an important communication from the Sinn Fciners in Ireland. It is reported that Walsh has made several Transatlantic trips as a seaman since (ho United States entered the war. The document was evidently written by a highly educated person, and its contents are described as unusually interesting. Initials are used which apparently refer to persons recently arrested here, also in other parts of the United States.
