In the Supremo Court, "Williamson Currie, charged with forgery in connection with the alteration of a railway privilege ticket, was ordered to be "imprisoned till the rising of the Court. Albert Victor Burrell was charged with placing an obstruction on the railway line. Without retiring, the jury found accused not guilty on the ground of insanity at the time the act was committed". The Judge committed accused to a mental hospital till the pleasure of the Minister for Justice is known. Thomas Moffatt, GO years of age, was convicted of a charge of indecently assaulting a youth of 18 years of age. in view of accused's previous good character, a line of £25 was inflicted and accused ordered to he detained for three months, or until the line is paid. Andrew Townley Stock, a dealer, was convicted lor failure t»> keep proper accounts. Sentence was deferred.
