At the Supreme t'ouit criminal sessions, which opened to-day, Ernest Hush, plead iurr jriiiiiy to six charges ot theft, from liit employer, at Ashburton, was .sentenced to n vc.ir’r, imprisonment. on each charge, the .‘.eutenres to mil concurrently. Joint Sheehan, a youth, for indecent as Fault, was sentenced to reformative (rout mem. for three years. Joint Bowman, for breaking and entering, got twelve months’ imprisonment, and was declared a habitual criminal.
