The Govcmrn.ent has decided to seizo the property of Bulgarians. Austrians and Turks residing in America. Received October 29. 8.45 a.m. NEW YORK, Oct.. 28. There is indescribable enthusiasm over the loan. The banks utilised all their employees Oa bond sellers; others sold in the rain-swept streets to waiting and cheering crowds throughout the night.. Thousands telegraphed subscriptions. ° The New York district's total is more than half a billion, of which twenty bankstook more than fifteen millions each. The Guaranty Trust alone subscribed 105 millions. Thirteen million buttons were disto bond-buyers. Mr McAdoo, secretary of State to the Treasury, .says tho loan is an overwhelming success.
