GERMAN PROPAGANDISTS.

DENOUNCED BY AMERICAN SENATOR. Roomed October 27, 11.15 a.ni, WASHINGTON. Oct. 26. Senator Soulsbury denounces the German propagandists. who are circulating baselessstories of huge Allied losses, attempting thereby to discourage the sending- of troops abroad. The casualty figures are deliberately falsified, whereas the truth is that the percentage of losses were never smaller. The propagandists are attempting to prove that the C tcrman military organisation comprises masterful supermen, and that it is hopeless to carry cn the war against them. He urges the Government to suppress their publication, and says that the very foundation of militarism in Germany is rocking, and its effective resistance will soon bo broken. It needs onlv a further awakening of the German people, to cause a collapse.
