MEXICO AND GERMANY.
MAY BREAK OFF RELATIONS SOON. MEXICO CITY, Oct. 25. A majority of (ho Senators informally voted to sever relations with Germany and observe a benevolent neutrality towards the Allies. _ The break will come as soon as opinion is rapidly turning. The Senators declared that Mexico must align herself with the nations fighting civilisation's battle. They highly praised the United States and minimised the previous differences.
