(Pia Press Association.) TRENTHAM, March 3. The weather was again distinctly unfavourable for shooting this morning. The wind was not unduly strong, but light showers of rain swept over the range, and for the first hour the targets were shrouded in driving mist. The morning* was devoted to the Nelson Match, 10 shots, at 800 and 900 yards, as Bislcv target. Mclver. of To Awamutu. proved the winner, with the fine score of 92, made in good style. Patrick, of Auckland, was well up with 91. Soper, of Tuamarina, and Given. Wellington, scored 89. The afternoon was occupied with llawke's Ray Match, 10 shots at 900 yards, which was won by Lieutenant Simmonds, og which was won by Lieutenant Simmonds, of the possible, and so ran into second plaoe for tin* BeJt. Feast, of Opaki, came next with 47. Given, of the Suburbs Club, was third with 46. Results:
