HALLEY'S COMET.
(By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) (Per Press Association.) SYDNEY, April 11. Halley's 'comet was picked up by the Observatory forty-five minutes before sunrise to-day and observed, though at dawn it was not a brilliant object. It seemed about as large as an eighth magnitude star.
