In reply to several questions from Irish members respecting the Times' articles on "Parnollism and Crime," the Premier admitted they were written when Anderson was in the Crown's employment. He could not use language sufficiently strong to condemn such a breach of official duty in supplying the Times with confidential documents,-^but the affair was now so remote that ho must decline to re-open the whole thing again.
