FOUNDATION OF A NEW PREVENTIVE. (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) (Per Press Association.) LONDON, April 5. Dr. E. Doyen, the famous. Parisian surgeon who claims to have discovered tho cancer microbe, now announces another discovery. Ho declares that he has found the phagodenous calloids which forms the basis of the new liquid called mycolysine which confers immunity against the majority of infectious diseases, notably those of respiratory and digestive organs and the skin, by increasing the activity of tho phagocytes, or white corpuscles, in the blood, which destroy bacteria in certain stages.
