LONDON, Feb. 8,
The Kaiser has sentenced the Crown Prince to forty-eight hours' detention in the Royal Palace at Munich on the ground of thoughtfulnees in neglecting to notify the theatre management to reeervo the Royal box. When the Crown Princess and party arrived every box was occupied. The Kaiser considered that the dignity of the House of Hohcnzolicm had been compromised.
