NO-LICENSE CONFERENCE.

Per Press Association ' DUNEDIN, March 16. At a conference of No-License workers this evening a proposal was carried to the effect that the No-License Party is entitled to determine,the issues on. the licensing question by a simple majority. It was also decided to support the New Zealand Alliance in asking Parliament that a Dominion No-Li-cense vote be given to the people to be taken on tho same day as tho local option vote, and that this be also decided by a simple majority. The necessity of altering the law so that the licensing vote should bo taken at every Parliamentary election, irrespective of whether three years had elapsed, was also affirmed.
