PENALTIES. Hurdle Races.—The winner of any hurdle race after the declaration of weights tj carry a penalty of 101b, and for every additional race 71b extra. Flat Races.—The winner of any Hat race after declaration of weights to carry a penalty of 101b, and of every additional rece a further penalty of 61b extra. Hcrses handicapped at Bst 101b and over to carry only half the above penalties.
