HONEY FOR LONDON.

NEW ZEALAND'S EXHIBIT. The six dozen fancy jars of New Zealand honey, collected for exhibition at the Franco-British Exposition in London, will bo packed for transit during this week. Mr Hopkins, the New Zealand Apiarist, told a Dominion reporter that, with the exception of an exhibit sent to the. Part is frorn white clover, and the remainder from white clover and dandelion. Honey from these sources is always in greatest demand, and commands the highest pricca. The more pronounced flavour and the amber colour of honoy gathered from white clover and dandelion make it more valuable than honoy collectcd from white clover alone, which possesses a very delicate flavour and is light in colour.
