RULES AND REGULATIONS. 1. Penalties.—Flat Races: The winner of any flat race after declaration of weights to carry a penalty of 71b, and of any additional race or races a further penalty of 51b. Hurdles: Ine winner of any hurdle race after declaration of weights to carry a penalty of 101b, and for any additional hurdle race 71b extra. . Definition of a Hack.—A hack is a horso that has not won a race of the value of 100 sovs. or races of the collective value of 250 sovs, up to date of nomination. NOMINATIONS. WEIGHTS AND ACCEPTANCES.
