DANNEVIRKE, This Say,
A little girl named Gallichan was badly burned yesterday at Matamau through coming into contact with a burning log. She is not expected to recover.
NAPIER, This day.
At the inquest on the body of the boy Hector Ennor, killed on the warship Challenger yesterday, evidence showed the affair was accidental, with no blame attachable to anyone. A verdict' of accidental death was returned. The Challenger leaves for Wellington at 1.30.
