(Press Association) . Geeymouth, May 24 The heavy rain has caused floods throughout the district. The Grey river is running bank high, and there are fears of the flood doing damage- to>the. railway lines, bridges, and dredges, 5 ' It is reported the Otira train met with an aocident, a slip coming down on a passing engine, and the fireman, McMeekm, being seriously injured.
