This resolution was taken to cover a motion regarding the appointment of a paid secretary and organiser in each provincial district. That the authority for the payment of grants appearing on the estimates bo given a week after the estimates are prepared; that the Colonial Conference appoint a Parliamentary Vigilance Committee to watch legislation during the coming session, such committee to consist of the president, chairman, v ex officio,.and such delegates as live near Wellington.
