(Before Mr A. Greenfield, S.M.) CIVIL CASES. Judgment for the plaintiff for the amount claimed with costs was entered in the following undefended cases :— V. Hall (Mr Meatyard) v. J. Jones, jnr., claim £3 5s 6d, costs and fee 10s ; J. B. Clarkson ~(Mr Meatyard, instructed by Mr Cooper) v. T. H. Hill, claim £9, costs and fee 23s' Gd ; De Luen Bros. (Mr Maclean, instructed by Mr Baldwin) v. T. F. Albert, claim £2 18s Cd, costs and fee 10s ; same v,.E. F. Eager, claim £2 V7s 6d, costs and fee 10s ; G. Brewer (Mr Maclean) v. M. Knight, claim 15s, costs 13s ; Mellsop and Eliott (Mr Meatyard) v. A. Goldfinch, claim £7 2s fid, costs and fee 22s 6d.
DEPENDED CASES
-Koheri Roera (Mr Loughnan) v. Kapa te Karaha (Mr Innes), claim for delivery of mare and foal, or £150 and damages £50 for wrongful seizure. The case was heard last Court day, judgment being resorved till to-day, when plaintiff was nonsuited with costs of Court and solicitor's fee £10.
11. G. Mooro v. A, Smith, claim £7 7s, legal costs- due. Judgment for the plaintiff for the amount claimed, with costs of Court 10s.
