HORSE SALE REPORT.

Messrs Abraham & Williams report: —At our sale here on Saturday over 50 horses came forward;- these included some useful sorts of draughts and light horses. There was a large attendance, but the bidding was weak, except for the best sorts, and a large number were turned out unsold. The stallion " Napoleon " was purchased by Mr J. R. McDonald, for £40. Medium draughts, £25 15s; good harness sorts, £12 to £15; upstanding hacks, £8 5s to £10 10s ; others, £5 to £7 ss; ponies, £4 to £6 os. Spring trap, £9.
