THE OAT MARKET.
Invercabgill, July 26. There has been considerable excitement in the oat market during the last week, or two, the prices have £.dvanced considerably. Contrary to expectations, orders have been placed upon the market for South Africa which have led to the demand being increased rather beyond available supplies, The present quotations are Is 5d to Is 3Ad on truoks at up-aountry stations, sacks, for " B " grade. There is a good demand for whole fowl feed for export to Australia at 2s to 2s 3d, f.0.b., sacks in.
