Atora Kiwi, Of Raglan/bas addressed a letter to us bomip&i ding tbe civil InstiluHons framed for the benefit of the Maori people. , We agree. Tf the Maori is wishful for law and order, —lf "he "desires to raise himself socially and pdimcaily, a troble opportunity Is now afforded him.
