[Press Association.] (Received March 24, 9.15 a m V -, SYDNEY, M^-ch 24... _ The Herald, m a leader, says that the outspoken utterances of Mr Massey must now convince Mr Churchill that his reoent statement regarding the vital problem of tbe Imperial naval defence of the Pacific has met with eenous dissatisfaction both in« the Commonwealth and in New Zealand the two Dominions which so far have attempted to make effective naval provjsipn. \ Complete co-operation in training and other matters is desirable between New Zealand and the Commonwealth, with a view to economy and effective action in war time.
