BRUSH AT THE BORDER,
(Received March 24, 0.35 pm) NEW YORK, March 23. A message from Eagle Gap, Texas, states that American soldiers had a brush with a number of Mexican J^ederaT troops across the Rio Grande above Del Rio. * One American was injured. The Federals retired, and their loss is unknown.
