CONSTANTINOPLE, June 15. Those arrested for being implicated " in the assassination of Shefket Pasha include Hanif Bey, ex-Minister for the Interior, Hamid Effindi, president of the Court of Justice at Pera, and Ismal Hakki Pasha, Opposition leader. Renter reports that the British Minister has protested to the Porte against the violation of a British subject's domicile at Pera, which he describes as an infraction of treaties, inasmuch as Consular assistance was not obtained.
