DR. DANEFF'S CABINET.
BULGARIA AND MACEDONIA
SOFIA, June 15. Dr. vDaneff has formed a Cabinet, with himself as Premier and Minister for Foreign Affairs; M. Madjairoff as Minister for the Interior, and General Kovatcheff as Minister for War.
King Ferdinand, in his reply accepting the Tsar's arbitration, blames Sfiirvia for an attempt to evade it. He reminds the Tsar of Russia's recognition in years past of Bulgaria's duties towards Macedonia, the population of which is anxious to remain Bulgarian at all costs.
