STEMMING THE FOREIGN INFLUX.
NEW YORK, May 31. Senator Dillingham, of the United States Senate, has introduced a Bill under which it is proposed to restrict annual immigration to 10 per oent. of the number of persons of similar nationality already resident in America. .; Tn this way it is estimated that the influx from Italy, Austria, Greece,
! and Turkey will be reduced, and that the number of arrivals from Great Britain and Germany will be increased.
