THE KAISER'S HEALTH.
To counteract the rumors that his health has become seriously impaired, the Kaiser is showing himself in public as much as possible. The reports? that the Emperor is dangerously ill are most persistent throughout Germany, and it is with the object of allaying the foars of the people on this score that emphasis is placed on the announcement that the Kaiser will visit England about the middle of May.
