NEW ALL-RED SERVICE
The Bill incorporating the All-Rod Steamship Co. has passed the Private Bill Committee of the House of Commons. The company, which is strongly backed by British capital, proposes te establish a line of 25----knot steamers between Blacksod Bay (Ireland) and Halifax, .with'a train ferry between England and Ireland. If is claimed that this route will reduce the Atlantic passage to three days and a-ltalf for the Pacific service from Vancouver to Auckland and Sydney.
