FOSTER FRASER'S TOUR.

Mr J. Foster Fraser, the celebrated traveller and author, who has received several invitations to visit Australia, has at length decided to come to the Commonwealth on a lecturing tour. His original intention was to come next year, but as it is generally understood in England that a general ■election. ■is impending, and as Mr Fraser is the accepted Conservative candidate for Leicester, he naturally wishes to be on the spot during the elections, and so will sail for Australia either this month or in July.
