The Prime Minister says, in reference to the Imperial Conference, that the date has not yetv been fixed, and he has not been advised,. Until then it will be quite impossible to state whether he can go to London. In any case, he could not think of going without first consulting Parliament. He was not anxious to go for personal reasons,, but recognised the importance of., the occasion. If the conference could be held in October or Novem-.
