THE PETITION DISMISSED.
[PBESS ■ ASSOCIATION.] ' , / AUCKLAND, May 15. In the petition against the election to Parliament of Henare Kaihau lor the Western Maori seat, the Court found Mr Kaihau duly elected. Though there were some irregularities they could not affect the result.
