AUCKLAND, Sept. 12. The jury sat from five o'clock to eleven yesterday, and then failed to agree on a verdict in the action by which the Northern S.S. Company claimed £1946 from the Union Company for damage by the collision between the ■■Wairuna and the scow Moonah on' March 10 last. The case will be re-heard at the next sittings-
