GISBORNE, Sept. 12. The shop of Hennessy, boot importer, was burglarised last night, and his safe removed through the backyard and taken away in a cart. The cash drawer was also prized open. Neither safe nor drawer contained any money. Hennessy 5 s books are missing, with Bowling Club papers, and about twenty pairs of boots have been taken.
