CHOLERA AND FLOODS
THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE KILLED.

PORT DARWIN, Wept. 20
The steamer Tsinan brings news that cholera is raging in many parts of Japan, and also that there have been great storms and floods, 1700 people being drowned at Fukuchiyuma. Many people were buried under landslides, while Yokohama experienced the greatest floods for 40 years.
