Seven arrests, including the archi^ tect, builder, contractor for the furniture and an ex-State Treasurer, have been made in connection with the erection of the Capital of Pennsylvania at Harnsburg.

It is stated that the work cost 13,----000,000 dollars, while the real value of the building and contents is only 4.000,000 dollars.
