A LIBERAL MANIFESTO

PROTEST AGAINST SEDITION.

LONDON, Sept. 20

The Egyptian Liberal party hav£ forwarded to Sir Edward Grey (Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs) a remarkable manifesto, protesting against the anti-BritisH and seditious propaganda of the Nationalists, headed by Mustapha Kamul Pasha.

The manifesto states: "We are perfectly satisfied with British occupation, and grateful for the benefits it confers."
