At the Auckland Racing Club Summer meeting, held at Ellerslie to day, there was a very large attendance : The following are j the principal results : — Auckland Cup, — Pegasus 1, Ida 2, Rosefeldt 3. Hurdles. — Despised 1, Lonely 2, Otakeho 3. Railway Handicap. Loyalty 1, First Nelson 2, Quadrant 3. Christmas Handicap. — Lottie 1, Tulloch 2, Coalscuttle 3. £7903 was put through the totalisator.
