A Revolutionary Society has been discovered m Poland, s originating m Vienna, where a. • large number of distinguished Polish exiles are gathered. The Revolutionary Society includes men of all ranks. The Russian authorities, have arrested students and officials as members of the Society, and they are m custody, charged with treasonous designs. . The Society has issued an unsigned manifesto,' m whichthey express, regret at' the failure of the <\ recent attempt on the -life' of the "-• Czarwhen he Was travelling near. Rutais^in the Caucasus,; and' threatens another attempt'in the same direction"; ; ': ; '\" : ■ ■ ,■-■■••.'■' '■■ i .■ Nov. 7.' In connection with the railway disaster at Kutais, m the Caucasus, when an attempt is supposed to have been made on the> life of the Czar, fuller reports have been received. 'The Czar emerged from the debris of the railway carriage, and on hearing the groans of his dying.attendants he burst into tears. It was raining, m torrents at the time, but- the Czar personally attended to his wounded servants. ■
